What can I use today, and what’s planned?+
The current tool accepts MP4, MOV, and WebM videos for background removal. Image background removal is the next focus. Selected-object removal from images and videos, plus audio noise reduction, are longer-term plans. These planned tools are not available yet; the image comparison above is an illustrative preview.
Can I remove a specific object and keep the background?+
Not yet. We plan to let you select an unwanted object in an image or video and remove it while keeping the surrounding scene. Today’s tool removes the background around the subject you keep; it does not erase selected objects from the scene.
Can I download a free result?+
Free accounts can generate and preview Standard results. A successful subscription or credit purchase unlocks downloads of generated videos that have not been deleted.
How long can my video be?+
Uploads can be up to 1 GB. You can trim a longer source video before processing; each processed clip can be up to 5 minutes. Clips shorter than 5 seconds are charged as 5 seconds.
How are credits used?+
Credits are based on processing duration and output quality. Exact rates and plan amounts are still being finalized.
Where can I check my available credits and usage history?+
Sign in and open Settings → Credits to see your available balance. Switch to the Transactions tab to review credit deductions and other changes, including the amount and date of each transaction.
How do I change my password?+
Sign in and open Settings → Security (/settings/security). Under Change Password, enter your current password and a new password with at least 8 characters, then click Save. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
How do I change my display name and avatar?+
Sign in and open Settings → Profile. Enter a display name of 3–30 characters in the Name section and click Save. To change your avatar, click Upload Avatar in the Avatar section and select an image; it is updated automatically once the upload succeeds.
Where can I view, cancel, or upgrade my subscription?+
Sign in and open Settings → Billing to view your current plan, subscription status, and billing period. Use the subscription management or plan upgrade options shown on the page, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription or upgrade to an available plan.
How do I delete my account?+
Sign in and open Settings → Security. Scroll to Delete Account, click Delete Account, then confirm in the dialog. This permanently deletes your account and its contents and cannot be undone. Please make sure you no longer need your account before confirming.
